The Austin Zoo is open everyday from 10 a.m.-6 p.m, with the exception of Christmas and Thanksgiving Day, when it is closed. Entry fee for children from 2 to 12 years of age is $5 and for $8 for adults. There are special discounts for school and college students, army personnel and senior citizens.
