Checked in because other nearby hotels/motels were not available - the front desk warmly received us and professionally did the check in for us
The exterior looked rather nice - in the surrounding were lawns, clean roads
Didn't get too many facilities in the room - basic ones were a TV, an air conditioner, a fridge - internet worked most of the time
Skipped the free breakfast because just next door were IHOP and Furr's Cafeteria - very glad to find this kind of dinning places in such a short distance
Quite neighborhood with less traffic

Really clean and comfortable - nothing fancy could be found around there, but our family still had a nice stay - comfortable bed, nice hot water and clean room
The room was of decent size - the non-smoking room smelled like smoke - didn't experience anything unpleasant - a good place to have a nice sleep
The hotel was amazing - reasonable price and wonderful service - very close to round rock shopping mall - great location, pleasant neighborhood - friendly and helpful staff
Would stay there again - the parking lot was really safe - we got everything we needed - got what we paid for - the TV had around 20 channels - room service was not available

Great location in Northwest Austin - not far from several shopping centers - excellent restaurants in the vicinity
Spacious and comfortable room - outside of the building looked better and cleaner - the inside of the hotel needed to be cleaned thoroughly - good amenities - everything worked well - excellent Wi-Fi
Nice and accommodating staff - the manager was beyond description - supervisor deserved a job at more upscale place - we were treated kindly

TV with terrible reception - breakfast was in chaos - the hotel next to urban neighborhood - the room was stuffy - only one waffle maker in the breakfast area - insufficient trays
Small breakfast eating area - the non-smoking room with smoke smell - parked in a well-lighted area - 2 televisions in the room - separate bedroom with one television - fairly basic place
